About these terms

These terms apply to carpet cleaning and related services provided by Hope’s Carpet Cleaning Services. By booking our services you agree to them. If anything is unclear, please ask us before the work begins.

Quotes and pricing

We provide a fixed price before any work starts, based on the information you give us about the rooms and carpets. If the work turns out to be substantially different from what was described, we will agree any change with you before continuing.

Results

We always aim to achieve the best possible result and will tell you honestly beforehand what we expect to achieve. Some stains and damage, such as old bleach marks or fibre damage, cannot be reversed by cleaning, and this is not a fault in our service.

Access and preparation

Please clear breakable and valuable items before we arrive. We move everyday furniture as part of the job but may clean around very heavy items. We will treat your home with care at all times.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. For commercial work we invoice on agreed terms.

Liability

Our work is fully insured. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
