Most homes fall into a sensible local range and there is a minimum charge for small jobs. Send us your rooms and postcode and we will come back with a clear quote.
With our hot water extraction method most carpets are dry within two to four hours. Drying time depends on the carpet, the room temperature and the airflow. We lift as much moisture as possible during the clean and can leave air movers running on heavier jobs, so you are walking on your carpets the same day.
Often, yes, but we will always be honest. Many marks that look permanent lift completely once we pre-treat and extract them. Some, like old bleach marks or dye transfer, have damaged the fibre itself and cannot be reversed by any cleaner. We will tell you what we expect to achieve before we start, not after.
Yes. We move the everyday furniture such as sofas, chairs and small tables as part of the job, then put it back. We ask that you clear breakables and anything precious beforehand, and we tend to leave very heavy items like full bookcases or beds in place and clean around them.
Yes. The products we use are chosen to be safe around children and pets once the carpet is dry, and we rinse thoroughly so there is no sticky residue left behind. If anyone in the home has particular sensitivities, let us know and we will work around it.
